Round #3 of the 2015 RC Monster Truck Challenge returned to the dirt track at RC Madness for another battle towards the season long Points Championship. The trucks would do battle on a st. louis inspiried style racing course, twin ovals and a bumpy and challenging track with big speed and big jumps and the action didint dissapoint.
Throughout the day we got to see some unbelievable side by side R/C monster truck racing at it's best, with strong runs being put up by trucks like Mac Tools, Razin Kane, USA-1, Clydesdale Bumble Beest and the rest of the strong RCMTC field. Lucas Oil Crusader eventually broke out as the truck to beat, with Sudden Impact close behind. All 17 trucks on hand today put on great racing all day and after the final racing round of the day, it was the Lucas Oil Crusader coming out on top! Sudden Impact took 2nd, Firestone Bigfoot 3rd, Grave Digger 4th and Srew Looose Rounding out the top 5. Sudden Impact's strong day brings him within only 10 points of the season lead!!! with Higher Education 40 points behind Sudden Impact, the points battle is really starting to take shape and it will only get bigger and better as we roll on to round 4.
